I feel passionate about supporting children and young people to find their own solutions to their difficulties and challenges they face. Whether this be anxiety, lack of self-confidence or depression, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Solution focused hypnotherapy is a problem-free form of talking therapy. During our sessions, we focus on what you can do rather than what you can't. The sessions are light, informal and bespoke to each individual.
Childrens sessions (under 12 years old) are £45, they are approximately 30-40 minutes.
Young person sessions (over 12 and under 18) £60, they are approximately 50-60 minutes
Some examples of the type of issues that I can support with are; exam stress and anxiety, negative body image, fears and phobias, separation anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, bereavement and many, many more.
