What is solution focused hypnotherapy?

It is important to note that solution-focused hypnotherapy aims to work on a person's preferred future rather than going over past events or experiences. It combines elements of cognitive behavioural therapy with traditional hypnotherapy.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed and fully conscious state in which the subconscious mind becomes responsive to suggestion and change. Some people believe that you lose control when you are under trance, please be reassured you will be in full control and aware of all your surroundings.
